• Security Data: Video surveillance footage within our store and door entry logs (for safety and theft prevention).

• Improve our services, website, and kiosk system.
• Maintain store safety and prevent misuse of equipment.

Welcome to Janet’s Laundry! By using our website, kiosk, or in-store services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• You agree to use our equipment and facilities responsibly and lawfully. 
• Misuse, vandalism, or theft will result in denial of service and possible legal action. 
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
   

If you create an account for online or kiosk payments:

• You are responsible for keeping your login and payment details secure. 
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
   

• All payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., PayRange). 
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
   

All refund requests must be made directly through PayRange. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Janet’s Laundry is not responsible for:

• Damage to clothing caused by customer error, manufacturer defects, or normal wear and tear.
• Loss or theft of personal belongings left unattended. 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

All payments for laundry services at Janet’s Laundry are processed through the PayRange app or kiosk system.

If you experience a machine malfunction, double charge, or other payment issue:

• Contact PayRange directly through the in-app chatbox for all refund requests. 
• Refunds are handled solely by PayRange in accordance with their policies.
   

Once a machine cycle has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please double-check settings before beginning.

 The content on our website and in-store signage is for general information only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.

Use of our machines and facilities is at your own risk. Janet’s Laundry is not liable for damage to items caused by customer misuse, overloading, or incorrect settings.
